How To Change Windows 7 Lock Screen

1.Then press R with Windows key .. Then type Regedit in the Run window.

2.Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ---> Software ---> Microsoft ---> Windows ---> CurrentVersion ---> Authentication ---> LogonUI ---> Background ...


3. Now click on OEMBackground and type 1 under Value data:

 Go to C: \ windows \ system32 \ oobe \ info \ backgrounds. The backgroundDefault.jpg is what you see on your Lock screen


5.Now save your desired image to this location as backgroundDefault.jpg. Less than 250KB can be effective.

6. Now press the L key with the Windows key. This will lock the computer and show you the new image on the Lock screen.
